Not sure if you got this resolved or not, but from working with other customers the process for a replacement iPhone usually from Apple you have to call them to have the phone added or resku'd into the system if it doesn't take the MEID right away. Make sure to mention to them that the device is a replacement from Apple. On the boost mobile site When I put in my imei number to swap devices i get 'This device is not eligible to swap.' So thats why i want to get it unlocked from sprint.
