I had the same problem as you, you probably downloaded the wrong xpms which has totaly different requirements for it to work properly that are not the same as 【Skeleton】XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended if thats not the file in your load order then you have the wrong one, this one requires you to turn on the nudity and adult filters for it to.
Download the main file and install using the following: FOMOD Instructions XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended: Skeleton Meshes Skeleton Meshes Creature Meshes.

Updated Tutorial is out for XPMSE + DSR users: This old guide still works if using the original XP32 Maximum Skel. The way the guide is structures, XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended overrides the skeleton meshes in Realistic Ragdolls and Force and the body mods provide the meshes for the body but not the skeleton. When you get to 2.H Creatures and Characters you should install the body mod of your choice (e.g. Dimonized UNP Female Body) after XCE - Xenius.
